Fiona Gladstone, Associate Therapist at Munn Health

Therapy is a unique journey where we create a safe space to be authentic, share our experiences, and express the thoughts and feelings we often keep bottled up. It’s about becoming more self-aware and finding the inner strength to navigate life’s challenges and find your way forward.

As a psychologist, I am here to support you on this journey. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from CHRIST (Deemed to be University) in Bangalore, India. I specialize in working with adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, and issues related to confidence and self-esteem. I also have a keen interest in personality disorders.

My approach to therapy is person-centred and eclectic, emphasizing each person’s individuality and tailoring therapy to meet their unique needs. I draw from various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I appreciate how each of us experiences life differently and believe that we are the best experts on our own experiences. My goal is to facilitate a safe space where you can identify and examine your beliefs, and understand and accept every aspect of yourself that makes you uniquely you.
